Urban Adventure Quest has created an interactive scavenger hunt that combines the fun of the "Amazing Race" with a three-hour sightseeing tour of Austin. Guided from any smart phone, groups make their way among well-known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges while learning local history. Your Austin Trails amazing scavenger hunt adventure will begin near the "Bat Bridge" and lead you along trails and shaded paths that travel both sides of Lady Bird Lake as you take in the "wild" side of Austin. The game route will take you to famous sculptures, tributes to the cities musicians, hidden art, and grand vistas of the Austin skyline as you explore the best sights and hidden gems of the city.
Using a smartphone as “the guide” allows participants to start when they want and determine their own pace of play.
